Concert in Siamsa Tíre, May 12, 2013
We're busy practising for our upcoming concert in Siamsa Tíre. We're joining Tóla Custy and his band Blazing Saddles for 2 sets on stage. Tickets can be bought at Siamsa Tíre theatre box office. Please read the newspaper article below for more information.
The CBS School Singers and the School Band spent some time downtown singing Christmas carols in the Square.

On Thursday’s from 2.30 – 3.30 p.m. children from 3rd class to 6th class take part in the Senior Band. Many instruments are taught including the fiddle, accordion, concertina, banjo, mandolin and flute. The children take part in many performances around the town and in school. The C.B.S. Singers join the band on many performances.
We are delighted to have returned to school after Christmas and are excited about our upcoming performance at the INEC in Killarney on the 12th of February.Choir practice will take place at the usual time of 2.30pm-3.30pm in the hall every Tuesday. Parents and guardians will be notified of any changes by text message.
"Peace Proms" is a highly ambitious, unique and rewarding project which offers children the opportunity to sing with a full symphony orchestra, perform at leading venues throughout Ireland and work with some of Ireland's top professional musicians.
The aim of the programme is to entertain, educate and engage children and young people in music and to enrich their lives through exceptional musical experiences and performances.
